Join All About Worship as we discuss with worship leader and artist Matthew Reed, and worship leader Andrew Strickland, practical steps for auditioning and building up a team of musicians. We are called as worship leaders to be prudent with our time to prepare our team for Sunday mornings through spiritual development (pastoring) and "hands-on" training with our team. Not only are worship leaders to prep for practices, but each member is responsible to COME PREPARED. You will learn ways to maximize your time with your team, while cutting down on practice times and growing your team with depth.

We will discuss ways to develop your B-team musicians through a mentorship setting. If you are looking for ways to enhance and maximize your practice time with your musicians, don't miss this opportunity!

Matthew Reed was a part of the founding worship team at Church of the Highlands as the drummer for one of the nation's fastest growing churches (13.5k attendence). Not only has he been a part of the megachurch setting, but now, for the last 4 years helped church plants all over the South Florida area thru worship leading and team building for churches with 300 or less in attendance.

Andrew Strickland is one of the staff worship leaders at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale (www.calvaryftl.org), which has over 20,000 people in weekly attendence. He leads worship for their largest satellite campuses in Boca Raton, Fl. He is also the director of the worship leader track at Ocean's Edge School of Worship (www.oceansedgeschool.com). He has been leading worship for over 10 years now and is passionate about building healthy teams.
